Fremont is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fremont follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Based on reviews, I ordered takeout of the Tea Leaf Salad (A5), Chicken Noodle Dry (M2) aka Kyay Oh with the oil on the side and vermicelli/thin rice noodles, Mandalay Noodle Salad (M13) came sauce on the side, and Samosas (A10). Everything was freaking fantastic. The tea leaf salad was top two salads I've ever eaten. It is a mix of half sweet stringy greens and half sweet tiny round nuts, all coated in a tangy salad dressing that is somehow not acidic or watery or overpowering. The kyay oh was good, though I didn't really like the consistency of the chicken dumplings, but you can ask them to hold off on either the chicken, the tofu, and/or the fish (don't hold off on the quail eggs, they were perfectly cooked), making this a great option for vegetarians, pescatarians, soy hormone avoidant, etc. I was able to add just a little bit of the spicy garlic chili oil for flavor and heat, and love how it colored and dressed the noodles. I really loved the flavor on the Mandalay Noodle salad even more if possible. It's not too acidic, savory and meaty, but the spices and noodle treatment really elevate it. The samosas were not too spicy or greasy, with solid consistency, already making

A small but cozy Burmese restaurant with good, flavorful food at reasonable prices. Plenty of menu choices to suit different tastes. Parking can be a bit hit-or-miss, but the food and value make it worth the visit.

The parata and seasonal veggie curry (which I took to go for dinner) were way too oily. Unhealthy amounts of oil. The tea leaf salad was great. Samosas were great also. Both of these I had in the restaurant. But the amount of oil in the other food kind of ruined my experience

Love love love this place. I had never tried Burmese food before and this is the first time I tried it here. It's delicious. We Loved the soup, the tea leaves salad so much. I believe it's a family owned restaurant where the Mom/Dad are the chef and the boys are servers. They serve food in proper serving bowls but you have to eat in disposables. Pretty small joint but authentic. They even offered some fried stuff with chana dal( Indian name) while waiting for food and it was a while until the order came.Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

So stoked to discover this restaurant. Native Burmese here and I gotta say this is the best and most authentic Burmese food I’ve had in the Bay so far. They are better than restaurants several times the price. Look past the humble restaurant or the paper plates and the taste will bring one right back to Yangon. The star of the show at this restaurant is their Kyay Oh which is a famous rice noodle dish in Burma with many components that is quite difficult to make and hard to find. However it doesn’t stop there, their tea leaf salad is one of the best I’ve had and their curries are so complex and delicious. I will venture to say they beat out the Burmese restaurants in LA. This place is very underrated and absolutely a hidden gem and deserves a Bib Gourmand.
